Presented by Hieromonk Serafim Baltic, of the New Gracanica Monastery “During Lent we try to isolate ourselves from all manner of temptation but in isolation lies Communion with God, not loneliness.”
During the Lenten season, there are many more services offered. The Chicago Deanery of the
Midwest Diocese of the Orthodox Church in America has a series of Sunday-night Vespers throughout this Lenten season. St. Nicholas Church in Kenosha will be hosting one of these services on April 14th at 6pm. The full schedule is as follows:
